如何**2025年本科職業教育規模將不低于10%?教育部五大舉措促職教發展

中國教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)報-中國教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)新(xin)聞網北京(jing)2月23日訊(見習記(ji)(ji)者(zhe) 張欣 記(ji)(ji)者(zhe) 歐(ou)媚)在教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)部今天召開的第(di)三(san)場教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)新(xin)春系列(lie)新(xin)聞發布會上,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)部職業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)與(yu)成人教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)司司長(chang)陳子(zi)季就“確保(bao)2025年(nian)本科(ke)職業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的規模(mo)將不低(di)于10%”和(he)“保(bao)證職業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)質量”做出解答。

據介紹,我(wo)國職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)本科學校現有32所,在(zai)校生(sheng)12.9萬(wan)人(ren),2021年(nian)招生(sheng)4.1萬(wan)人(ren)。陳子季表(biao)示(shi),為確保“到2025年(nian)規模不低于10%”的發(fa)展目標,我(wo)們需要多措并舉。加大本科層次職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教育人(ren)才培養力度。

一(yi)(yi)是(shi)要指(zhi)導現有的(de)(de)32所(suo)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)本(ben)(ben)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)加(jia)強基(ji)本(ben)(ben)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)條件建(jian)設(she),提(ti)升辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)。每年按(an)照(zhao)《本(ben)(ben)科(ke)(ke)(ke)層(ceng)(ceng)次(ci)(ci)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)管理辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)法》指(zhi)導設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)本(ben)(ben)科(ke)(ke)(ke)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye),推動省級教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)行政部門加(jia)強對(dui)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)指(zhi)導和管理,嚴(yan)格把(ba)控(kong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)所(suo)必需的(de)(de)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)條件,推動職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)本(ben)(ben)科(ke)(ke)(ke)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)建(jian)設(she)持(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)續改進提(ti)升。二(er)是(shi)推動舉(ju)(ju)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)本(ben)(ben)科(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)及其(qi)舉(ju)(ju)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)者持(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)續加(jia)大投(tou)入和辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)條件改進力度,進一(yi)(yi)步優(you)化校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)內教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)管理。同時,我們要支持(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)一(yi)(yi)批國家優(you)質(zhi)(zhi)高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),按(an)照(zhao)《本(ben)(ben)科(ke)(ke)(ke)層(ceng)(ceng)次(ci)(ci)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標準(zhun)》升格為(wei)(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)本(ben)(ben)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),穩步擴大職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)本(ben)(ben)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)和職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)本(ben)(ben)科(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)的(de)(de)規模。三是(shi)在2021年3所(suo)普(pu)通(tong)本(ben)(ben)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)申(shen)(shen)請設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)本(ben)(ben)科(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)的(de)(de)基(ji)礎上(shang),繼續鼓勵(li)和支持(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)高(gao)水平(ping)應用型普(pu)通(tong)本(ben)(ben)科(ke)(ke)(ke)高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)按(an)照(zhao)《專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)法》申(shen)(shen)請設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)本(ben)(ben)科(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye),按(an)照(zhao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)規律(lv)和育(yu)(yu)(yu)人模式開展人才培(pei)養。四是(shi)要加(jia)快推動《職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)法》修(xiu)訂,為(wei)(wei)優(you)質(zhi)(zhi)高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)開設(she)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)本(ben)(ben)科(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)提(ti)供法律(lv)依據,支持(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)一(yi)(yi)批優(you)質(zhi)(zhi)高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)骨干專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)申(shen)(shen)請設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)本(ben)(ben)科(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye),培(pei)養本(ben)(ben)科(ke)(ke)(ke)層(ceng)(ceng)次(ci)(ci)技術(shu)技能(neng)人才。五是(shi)要加(jia)快研制(zhi)發布職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)本(ben)(ben)科(ke)(ke)(ke)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)簡介和專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標準(zhun),完善職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)本(ben)(ben)科(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)標準(zhun)體系,加(jia)強師(shi)資隊伍(wu)建(jian)設(she),持(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)續開展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)負責人、專(zhuan)(zhuan)(
